Thomas Payne, Esq
CEO, Managing Partner
Tom Payne is a licensed attorney and a businessman with over 50 years of business and legal experience in a variety of industry segments.
Tom’s early career was spent in a variety of executive positions with two technology giants – IBM and ITT. Upon leaving ITT, Tom was the President and CEO of a series of technology startups, two of which successfully went public.
In 2005, Tom, along with partner Dina Atkinson created Integrity with the objective of providing high quality, fully personalized Living Trusts to individuals at a reasonable price.
Tom’s primary responsibility within Integrity is to make sure that Integrity’s trust products remain state-of-the art and are current with all state laws. He also is available to interpret the terms of the Trust documents as they apply to clients.
Tom has been involved in the management of Integrity since its inception, and continues as the company’s managing member.
Tom enjoys playing golf in his spare time as well as spending time with his 8 granddaughters. Tom is a graduate from Texas A & M and has a passion for “Aggie” football. Thomas is a graduate from Arizona State University law school.
Dina Atkinson
Principal
Dina serves as our EVP of client services. She works directly with customers to assure their satisfaction. She serves as the client advocate in working with our company throughout the entire process of obtaining a Living Trust.
Dina has been a partner and Executive team member with Western Estate Planning (WEPS) since conception in 2005. Dina now leads Integrity Estate Planning, The Living Trust division of WEPS.
Dina brings over 20 years of experience in Estate Planning with a focus on Living Trusts. During her career, Dina has acquired over 20,000 Living Trust clients. Dina has successfully run and founded several large Estate Planning Companies in her two decades of experience and now brings her expertise to Integrity.
Dina lives in Santa Barbara with her two girls and dogs. She is a Graduate from Clemson University.
Barbara Payne, Esq.
Legal Specialist
Barbara Payne is a licensed attorney with over 30 years of legal experience in a variety of industry segments.
After Barbara’s children reached school age, she went back to school – in five years, she went from a high school diploma to a law degree from Hofstra University in New York.
Barbara is now a member of three state bars. She is also recognized in Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who of American Lawyers.
She has specialized in real estate law, estate planning and divorce. In the 1990’s, she worked for the federal government as an attorney for the Resolution Trust Corporation.Barbara’s primary focus with Integrity is providing legal support to our clients including: Advanced Estate Planning, Estate Tax, and Conflict Resolution for clients with dispute issues.
In 2017, Barbara and Tom plan to take a few days off to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary.
